Life Wellness Resort Quy Nhon

Home > Contents > Life Wellness Resort Quy Nhon

Along the country's southern east coast, you will notice mysterious red-brown temples that seem out of place in Vietnam. These are Cham temples and although a lot of them were blown to bits during the war, the largest surviving ones can still be found near Quy Nhon city.

About 16km outside the city, you can find Life Wellness Resort, the embodiment of Cham architecture, on a gentle hillslope overlooking the beach. From your room at the resort, you can look out to the nearby fishing village and if you're here during lobster harvesting season around March, the sea is dotted with flourescent lamps on small boats at night, creating a dreamlike scene. There are guests who spend an entire week here, making the resort a base for excursions to nearby Cham temples. Thanks to the resort's thoughtful range of wellness options - from signature massages, healing therapies and body detox to yoga, meditation and tai chi - guests are rejuvenated everyday. Treatment is done inside airy wooden huts overlooking the sea. For something a bit out of the ordinary, you could try the Japanese-inspired sand and salt burial routine, supposedly good for eliminating toxins and improving blood circulation. | www.life-resorts.com
