If you prefer to be holed up in a French-style villa set in a forest surrounded by pine trees, you would like Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa. There are 17 villas and 65 guestrooms spread across 35 acres of parkland. On the resort grounds, it seems like you're in a French country suburb but you're actually just minutes away from downtown Dalat. To get to the restaurant, poolside or spa, you would have to take a walk along a hilly path so you get a workout just getting there from your villa. It can get really quiet at night so couples should enjoy spending time here.
Occupying one of the villas behind the pool and restaurant is La Cochinchine Spa whose concept is a mix of Vietnamese, French, Cham and Hindu styles. The spa interior and treatment rooms are quite basic as the spa is in the process of moving into a larger villa with more space so by the time you visit, you would be enjoying a brand new spa with better facilities.
